What is included in office cleaning?

The number one task all office cleaners should complete is touch point sanitisation. This includes:
  • door handles
  • contact area on doors
  • light switches
  • keyboards
  • mouse
  • telephones
  • fridge handles
  • kettle
  • microwave front
  • arm rests
Although not visible to the naked eye, these areas are hotbeds for bacteria and cross-contamination.

Cleaning operatives should also empty bins, dry dust ledges, clean floors, and take special care when cleaning kitchen and toilet areas as standard. This is a basic level of service.

We offer three packages, each with different levels of service. Our deluxe packages include a range of additional deeper cleaning services on rotation. This might include:
  • washing up
  • cleaning inside fridges
  • cleaning inside microwaves
  • rinsing out bins
  • urinal deep clean treatments
  • wall washing
This high level of service can be custom built according to your site's unique needs. Get in touch today and we will co-build your office cleaning service together.

How can I keep my workplace safe from the mutated corona virus? The mutated corona virus is far more contagious than the previous strain. To protect your workplace double down on your existing safety measures. Here’s what we are recommending to our manufacturing clients: Split your workplace into zones such as: • Shop floor • Office spaces • Kitchens • Toilets • Warehouse/storage Whenever moving into a different zone carry out these hygiene measures: • Wear a mask • Maintaining social distancing • Wash hands or change gloves Between each zone? Yes, between each zone. Even if it’s only a few feet from the shop floor to the office? Yes! To really keep your staff safe use cleaning products designed to attack enveloped viruses. And make sure your cleaning operatives are touchpoint cleaning trained. Our operatives have always been touchpoint trained since Core Services began in 2015.
